Crafters donating to the QLD Flood appeal

It has been very sad to see the images on the TV over the last week and feel helpless. What can we do to help those who have lost so much in the floods? Donations can be made to the QLD Flood Appeal via a variety of means here.
A number of crafters are donating part of their sales or have set up auctions to help the QLD Floods. Below are a list of ways you can help in the craft community.

NEEDED - knitted/crocheted 30cm squares
Helen Grace from FrangipaniLane would like donated knitted/crocheted 30cm squares to make into blankets...any wool, any size needles.
