We have many books on our family bookshelf, but one of the most worn and dog eared is a copy of Grimm's fairy tales. My sister and I received the book from a family friend as a Christmas gift when we were about 8 years old. The book is now being read by the next generation in our family, my two daughters age 3 and 7. They love stories of the like of Snow White, the princess and the pea, the swan princess and Cinderella picking out a story or two for me to read to them at bedtime from the book.
